I would think it would be safe to assume by now that everyone has heard about these herbal incense products, like k2 incense and k2 herb for example, but if not here is a quick brief. Essentially, k2 herb products are a collection of herbs, spices, and botanicals. In most of these products, there is a little extra something added in and that is synthetic cannabinoids. Synthetic cannabinoids pretty much give a person some of the same effects one would expect with marijuana. A major difference is in the fact that synthetic cannabinoids are made in a fashion that makes them up to a hundred times more potent than tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, the active cannabinoid in cannabis. That is what draws people to these products in the first place, but it is also the same thing that ends up turning a person off of these products because the extreme potency can lead to some undesirable side effects. Side effects like seizures, vomiting, extreme aggression, and hallucinations.
